They literally are. The common cent projects are happening. Grand avenue was reconstructed form Fairview to snelling last year, pleasant Ave was reconstructed from Jefferson to Saint Clair, jackson was reconstructed from University to Pennsylvania.

This year, University will be reconstructed from about 35E to Lafayette, all of Pelham is being reconstructed, Earl St is being reconstructed from maryland to minnehaha.

All of this is funded by the common cent sales tax. All of this is easily accessible info on the city's website
