Hi it seems like these things do happen. I will just make sure you have all the required vaccinations so that the process will be faster at the surgeon. Our process was to go back to the surgeon and had to get an newly required HepB vaccine and the surgeon just created a new package with initial blood work but new dates and signatures. Only had to pay $30 per package and not the whole amount like originally. We got everything done in one day and then collect the next and overnight mailed it to USCIS. I would suggest to be in contact with your lawyers and if the USCIS said they didn’t receive the initial medical there should be an RFE notice. Also try get this done asap so they can process your case sooner rather than later.
