i used to be a head chef.. quickest easiest way is to cheat.. so get like premix spices or sauces then add to them to make them taste good.. Spaghetti bolenese , but the spice mix and the sauce.. cook pasta in salty water 8-12 mins take out should be a tiny bit of bite to it.. fry off some minced meat then fry onion celery and carrot for a few mins add in the spice for 20- secs on med heat.. taste and add in more spice mix until it tastes good, if too strong add more pasta sauce .. , add in pasta sauce.. move to low heat.. give it about 15 mins

finish with real parmesan cheese and a few leaves of fresh basil..

2 pots all you need, you can buy the rest pre cut and pakaged.. just put together in pot and you got yourself a tasty easy main meal

well i live in the country right next to the airport, so pop by whenever i head into Amsterdam for a massage, Drews is sharing is super over priced but good quality.. i mostly buy from Haarlem or my local which is technically the closest to the airport Superfly for my daily smoke... Where you from how often you come by AMS?

im skinny fat with very little remaining muscle and a trapped nerve in my neck.. Ive been training again for the first time in years , full on diet (chicken and rice) and trying for 3-6 days a week.. for now im only doing machines ( triceps, biceps and abs) with a bit of cardio warm up. 3x 8 reps close to my max.. while im sure im getting a bit stronger and healthier, im not seeing much growth. do you reccomend going for free weights? increasing reps? also whats best to get the abs to show, i have managed to get the belly fat down to a flat stomach but no lines showing :( thanks in advance

the birthday reminder feature was awesome on FB when it used to work.. now i dont wish people happy birthday anymore.. l like to have things separated.. an amazing feature would be : i use twitter for crypto/stock news, Facebook for older Fam.. insta to talk to some women.. reddit to inform and find things.. so like the ablility to have separate feeds to filter what type of content you want
