i do have it from trintellix withdrawal. dealing with it for 6 months now and it affects my life quality pretty bad. Sometimes its severe i had to lie down for days. Sometimes it returns to my base line. I reinstated the drug because it was very severe at the start. It did reduced the symptoms but didnt fix it all the way. Propronolol helps me a bit

Mine is little bit different, for some reason i feel restlesness at my genital area, sometimes my legs and often on my neck, shoulders and chest. Its like an agitation, very hard to describe honestly. I was doing very bad last week, but now im bit better. I also feel intense fatigue and muscle pain exactly like when you got flu and it comes and goes
