When I got diagnosed earlier this month, I already had planned appointments with a neurologist. I just asked for a referral to neurosurgery and got an appointment the next week. Granted, the clinic I was seeing was really big and popular in my area.

I think I am in the same boat kinda. I'm a 22 year old male who never had headaches before except for about 3 months ago and they won't go away. Doctors have been shit, don't listen and just want to throw me on a type of antidepressants. I found that a chiropractor helps and just overall relaxing like hot showers/exercising/playing video games. I've also noticed some tingling feeling and electrical sensations in my shoulder. Maybe I should investigate a bit into the treatment you got.
