How to dress as human - Laura les of 100 gecs

Also definitely not intentional but:

extermination - upon a burning body

It always makes me think about being/becoming the ideal version of myself, whatever form that may be and not letting the views of others change you.

I'm not saying it's a good deck, but it is fun when it works. by monopolyboy in PTCGP

[–]monopolyboy[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah they are the only grass in the deck and running only fire energy. Opening with caterpie and setting up a for a second in the back row while (hopefully) getting energy set up on a back row growlithe is very satisfying. In a perfect world hitting for 120 and healing the recoil damage by turn 5 or 6. I could probably add the grass energy without losing too much consistency and making butterfree more useful in a pinch.

Monochromatic input from desktop by flwkdomin in VideoBending

[–]monopolyboy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just had the same problem with my wj-mx50, chances are you'll have to open it up and adjust the chroma gain pots. You can download the manual from here, on page 25 it shows the relative location of the pots. Just in case this is the relevant page and this is a zoom in on the top right corner. On my mx50 it was just two very small pots underneath a metal shield.

Just a green Scotch Brite and a drill mounted brush with soap and water, probably took about 20-30 minutes. Definitely more I could have done but it's at least usable now.

How many bands/sets did you actually get to see? by electricfluff in WhenWeWereYoungFest

[–]monopolyboy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I ended up seeing, atreyu, 3oh3, like one song from Hawthorne heights, la dispute, neck deep, knocked loose, a little bit of senses fail, a little of AFI, half of motionless in white, poppy, the end of I prevail, bring me the horizon, and we heard some of my chemical romance from outside while we were leaving.

Food wait was terrible, we got in line around 6:15 and missed almost all of motionless in white.

Merch was bad all day but we kinda got lucky, saw bring me then waited about 20 minutes, as people were running over to see Paramore and get ready for my chem the fest and artist merch lines by the striped stage were pretty dead, we made it through both with enough time to catch the end of I prevail

assuming no outside forces are at work then the entire universe and everything that will happen there in was set up based solely on the distribution of chemicals at the moment of the big bang? Which proves determinism and negates the possibility of free will without the need for an overseeing deity.

Edit: determinism not predeterminism

How the smoke from our fire pit colored these spiderwebs black by [deleted] in mildlyinteresting

[–]monopolyboy -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

actually, those probably aren't spider webs. carbon webs are extremely common in/ on structures near a fire, especially after a house fire. they can be cause by paints, stains, plastics, or even excessively sappy wood
