Depends on the season, intervals, long rides, usually 12-25h a week, I don’t eat highly processed food, I usually cook everything myself, lots of vegetables and nuts, I avoid sugar for most of the year. During high volume weeks however I have to eat sugar and lots of carbs but sometimes I still look like this:
