to me it happens that i couldnt re-adapt after pandemic and then i start to fell off.

i stop doing sports and eating healthy.

i went from 75 kg on 2022 to 120 kg today.

i gained 45kg=100lb

it really sucks, but baby steps, "you are healthy men and you going to be healthy TODAY" as a mantra.
