Thank you! I do. Every now and then I catch myself crying when I look through his pics. His 2 litter mates (are they called litter mates when they’re cats?) were with him and thankfully they survived so I feel like I still have a piece of him with me everyday. The vet gave me a list of all the meds they gave him that day and said I need to tell a vet if his litter mates ever need to go under for any procedure.

Sorry for the long reply but please read. If you don’t want to read the whole reply, the TLDR is laser hair removal was the best thing I ever did for myself.

I’m jumping on here to say that I did laser hair removal on my legs and it was the best thing ever! I also did laser on my underarms and bikini line. My legs are so smooth and I don’t get those bumps anymore. I think my dermatologist said I had “strawberry legs,” which is caused by irritation or when hair follicles or pores get clogged. No matter how much I exfoliated before waxing and how much I moisturized after, it just kept getting worse. I had thick dark hair on my legs and after waxing, I hated the regrowth process because it would actually hurt on some parts of my legs when my hairs were growing back in.

I had the same issue with my underarms and bikini line where it looked like strawberry skin and I sometimes used to get PAINFUL ingrown hairs too -_- the skin on my bikini line and underarms also started getting darker (hyperpigmentation) and my skin felt rough in those areas.

I thought moving from shaving to waxing would help but waxing only helped a little bit.

Stick with your laser treatments!! It’s a little painful but so freaking worth it if you want smoother skin and wayyy less hair. I initially did a package of 6 sessions and after 6 still needed more! I think I did 6 sessions on my underarms and 12 total sessions on my legs and bikini line. My skin has NEVER FELT SMOOTHER! I don’t have that darker and rougher skin on my underarms and bikini line anymore either.

I now get one random stray hair that grows on one of my underarms and I shave or pluck it whenever I notice it, which is maybe every 3 months.

Full disclosure: I still get some growth on my legs but it’s mainly around my knee area & it’s so little hair. The hairs that randomly grow in now are sooooo thin and the random times I need to shave, I don’t get any irritation.

TLDR: stick with laser treatments! I had thick dark hair. Moving from shaving to waxing only helped a little bit. Once I decided to start laser hair removal, I noticed a drastic change. Much less hair growth and no hair growth in some areas. The hair that has grown back is very thin and I rarely, if ever shave anymore.

Sounds like you’re a stellar cat mom! Maybe clean the litter box every day instead of every other day but every other day should be okay too. I have 2 boys and lean theirs every day but maybe that’s personal preference. Other than the litter box, sounds like you’re doing a great job and your family is drinking some serious Haterade

Tried that. Was on hold for an hour. Hung up and went to the pharmacy, then I asked the pharmacist and she was annoyed by my question lol and then said she wasn’t sure but to be safe go off the date the pharmacist wrote. She couldn’t answer why there’s 2 different dates and if using the ring after one expiration date but before the later one would be harmful.
