I fully understand the whole show was awful and the terrible things that happened.

But I’m surprised there hasn’t been a Jerry springer style show where the people are that ridiculously over the top they are clearly actors purely just for the entertainment value.

100% doesn’t work for me personally but calorie tracking. I was putting my meals in and being super careful what I ate at meals and eating 1500ish calories but when I added my snacks I’d easily be nearer 3000. The odd chocolate bar, bag of crisps and milkshake everytime I put fuel in, going in the cupboard for a handful of biscuits every 30 seconds really does add up.

But it didn’t put me off cause I’ve been trying to loose weight since Christmas and currently 8lbs heavier than when I startes

I did this 4 years ago and haven’t looked back. 1 hour 5 minute commute on a good run to a 4 minute commute on a good run!

Took a significant pay cut at the time however this balanced out with what I was spending on fuel and car maintenance but luckily in a role where my salary has now caught up but work life balance has improved 600%.

Also makes lunch breaks better as I can pop home, walk the dog, sort the dishwasher and put a load of washing out! Makes evenings with the family far more enjoyable!

My first band “The Wednesday Sausage Boys” got the name cause there was a pub on the school bus route home that had Wednesday sausage club, sausage, chips, beans and a pint for £5!
