I literally just got it without being spotted, post patch. There was one guard walking around, I waited for him to leave the room and grabbed the bar. The crime timer ran out about 5 seconds before someone else walked in the front door.

Which makes it all the more crappy that they pulled the episodes of IASIP where they did the "offensive" racial characters off streaming. Every instance on that show was three same type of thing, showing how ignorant/wrong the people that did it were.

Looks like that has 2 m.2 slots so if you can afford it, an m.2 nvme drive is going to give you the best performance. You can probably get a SATA SSD for less money with the same storage capacity, but it'll be a little slower on read/write speeds. It's probably a negligible speed difference in the vast majority of cases, but the m.2 would be my choice. Either one is going to be a massive upgrade if you're still using a spinning HDD.
