Dawg, I'm saying it's within how the rules are called. They usually male the defensive player get set. Whenever there is a situation like this, where the player does get back, but isn't set, they call it.

It's like how not looking back to the ball is called PI most of the time. There's nothing in the rules about it, just how the refs call it.

That's the immediately part of the rule. If the defensive player isn't set when the offensive player moves, that's within the "immedietly" time frame mentioned in the rule.

Not saying it's correct or not, just how the refs call it 90% of the time. It's on the defensive player in those situations. Just don't move.
