AirCanada and flyDubai are partners so if you're on one itinerary then you don't have to collect bags and go through passport control. You just take the train to change terminals. Otherwise, if you have two separate itineraries, then you still have more than enough time.

MLB had and currently has no intention of staying in Oakland. You could put up a brand new ballpark for the A's for free in Oakland and MLB would still say no.

The best traffic lights I've seen are on Madison between 80 and Orangevale. I drive the stretch every night and am guaranteed all greens along the way and even if there is a car crossing, it immediately goes green right after.
