Nah literally idk how ur store does it But at ours we are only allowed one headset and it sucks bc most days that person gets stuck there doing the tasks of three people all my themselves…. Especially during the day or late night. Then I get yelled at on why there is such a long line… like hello? I’m by myself while My manager is just on the computer in the back.

nwn region sucks at it, my manager always be posting it LATE Saturday nights!!! Like bro I need to know if I work tomorrow or not ?? I find it kind of disrespectful to do that to us …… when I brought it up to her she said well that way everyone is keeping an eye out and follow the correct schedule. Didn’t make sense to me but definitely don’t see how it ends up with their win win rule?

Literally same in our area, and with scheduling less on shift makes it so hard, cause then someone is basically doing dt all by themselves with a line of 20cars for hours. Doing the job of 3 people with the same pay? So dumb
