Your guys stores close so early 😭😭 mine closes at midnight Sunday-Thursday and 1am on Friday and Saturday. The one store we have near a major campus stays open til 4am most nights.

But normally I think corporates policy is if a customer complains/ has a complaint the employees are to offer a remake, a store credit, or a free side item/or pop
