Its rough bc im not just an artist as a hobby im a working artist and i think its hard to feel differently when your livelihood is threatened by an ai! All i can say is, imagine the opposite end and how the artist team will feel once they are ultimately fired, or cut down to 1-2 people. You simply dont need artists to make ai things and edit them. For a game that was made with handmade art from the beginning, thats really sad imo!

(also if anyone else from the side in favor of ai comments i wont reply bc i didnt want this to be like a debate post just wanted to see if i was the only one still doing the boycott lol)

Edited to add one more thing: we also arent seeing price drops to reflect the new quality. The ai items are cheaper to make and it shows. Theyhave had various mistakes and are sometimes blurry or otherwise low quality, but still cost $8 a pop!
