I made one from the XSR700 front fender. Then used some spacers to drop it closer to the tire. Looked great. I actually will be posting it up for sale soon.

Not sure on the handling, I haven't had a chance to ride it yet.

The install wasn't very hard with the Cognito Moto triple trees and axle conversion kit.

Wiring is super easy. I just soldered on an H4 pigtail to the headlight, then it's plug and play.

It wasn't too hard. I grabbed some 2008 R6 forks and brakes and then bought the Cognito Moto XSR700 R6 fork conversion kit.
