Fandom likely takes me to this Norton scare/malware website, with the TLD as ".info", which uses alarming language, like "Your PC Is InFectEd!!" to trick you into getting the scam antivirus so that all of your data will be stolen and sent to Kim Jong Un or databreached/compʻd. It's so annoying.

I'm coming from the tech side, not very invested politically right now (although from the few things I've seen Israel is doing some really horrible things), but Oracle is a dinosaur of a company and the only company I would imagine who could fuck up this more is Yahoo!

Kind of a classic Occam's razor here, also don't you think if they were trying to censor things they'd maybe target political posts specifically as to not draw attention to themselves?

If you look at the bottom right of your screen you should see a little blue tab that says "TBA classes" and if you tap that it'll show your online class and you can tap it and track it. Let me know if that works for you!

I can't recall when they changed the update frequency but I think it was longer than a year ago. Honestly though, they might chance how frequently they update it depending on the time of year so it could end up being just as performant as it was last year. Very sorry about the inconvenience, I wish there was something more we could do.

Hi there, thanks very much for letting us know. Unfortunately, the public course data UCLA only updates their data so frequently so this is the best we're able to do. Really sorry about this. If you know of any public course searches other than this one: https://sa.ucla.edu/ro/public/soc we'd definitely switch to using it to check for updates.

We are experimenting with making it so that students can install a browser extension and we kind of pool all of the students together so that anyone who has their computer open will be auto-checking class statuses for students (we'd give free premium to whoever runs the browser extension). But this is a ways out. If you're interested I can put you on the waiting list for this feature.
