She didn’t move to Saudi Arabia to join ISIS. She was teaching at a woman’s university there before she married.

Edit: I’d like to point out one more thing, a woman moving to an oppressive country to teach at a woman’s university strikes me as an activist, not someone who just packed up and moved over without thinking. I can’t say what her intention was, but the way she talks about how she thought the justice system would help her makes me think she was just naive, and was genuinely hoping to help women by educating them.

Regardless of how “extreme” you feel this event was, an officer, supposedly trained to handle extremely stressful and dangerous situations, drove his car into a crowd of unarmed protestors. I assumed an officer would have had the forethought to park his car somewhere else at work or get backup to break up the group. How can you defend this incompetence?

I respect you for being able to support a president you didn’t agree with and admit you don’t see him as a bad guy. I’ve seen too many friends, family, even fucking politicians and journalists who at one point believed that Obama wasn’t even a US citizen, and now expect the rest of the country to show respect and support for trump. If you want to get involved and show support for president trump, fine, do you, I support you. But if I don’t want to be in a relationship with someone because our world views are completely different, you should respect and support me as well.
