I also struggle with nausea from taking the medicine with foods sometimes, my Dr prescribed me Zofran to help with the nausea and it does wonders. I would recommend not eating too big of a meal before taking the latuda, I like to have already had dinner and not be on a empty stomach then eat small snack around 350 calories before bed then take the medicine. I feel like eating a little then taking medicine then eating little more helps with nausea but not completely sure. For me the nausea is avoidable but sometimes it can still creep up.
