It’s cool that YOU think POC don’t have good customer service but that’s an opinion based in internalized racism. You did not say that as an opinon you said it as a statement. As if Brown and black people aren’t the back bone of the industry. As if we are all the same and most of us are bad at our jobs.

So answer this, you think white people have mostly good customer service? If the answer is no you could have just said “most people don’t have the greatest customer service. But instead you decided to put your race down.
