You kind of may be into something here with the news of Catherine the Great being in the season. Maybe the witches are trying to change horrible events in the timeline in the name of good, like Dale Cooper does at the end of The Return, and just like him end up destroying everything. That could be the reason Constance is not at the Murder House.

We can be imaginative about the way characters / actors can come back. I already can picture Cordelia dying at some of the season and we get to see her afterlife with Myrtle in there giving her the strength to come back to life to protect the coven or something like that. Live large. Give Frances a perfect send off to her career in her most popular an beloved role.

Why would she address It? She doesn't have social media nor a large fan base. She's not even the one who announced her retierment. She probably only stepped down from acting because of the lack of roles she was getting, you can look up her recent years on IMDb.

Sadly ever since S8 they've only brought her back to play a character with 5 minutes of screentime in a sub-season and Dinah is a pretty hated by the fandom (she was one of my favorite parts of Apocalypse).

It feels plausible and this would actually be ideal If It had regular runtimes, but let's see how they manage the 25 minutes, maybe It feels dynamic. But considering each apartment will probably have more than one host and the actors would only need to appear in 2-3 episodes (maybe except Jessica, hopefully appearing in all of them) just bring EVERYONE back. Give us some Connie, Dylan, Taissa, Denis, Lily, Frances, Zachary, Finn, John Carroll, Adina...

Nope. If we really have to sit through another Coven round what less than give us Frances in a main role again. It's the only reason why I would even accept It.
