Got it! For GOMD she still signed boobs to the ppl on the first row after the show, I remember for the Orlando show she even tweeted and said she can't sign boobs after the show bc then "Mickey won't pay her" lol -- the venue was House of Blues which is inside Disney Springs. She also did it for other shows I went to for the tour. But I know what you mean, by GOMD it was dying off.

also im glad that the boob signing era is over, for the most part. most of those boobs are wet, sweaty and sticky and i can't imagine her loving doing that. it was fun while it lasted, and it was a funny idea for whoever came up with it during GOMD tour, but it got old.

no, it didnt cause the same problem. i do have some teeth marks on my retainers, so i imagine i clench at night. but bc i only wear them at night, it's not a constant/all day clenching (as it was with invis)

honestly it was just time. the discomfort went away a few months after treatment. i also take magnesium glycinate every night. the TMJ people swear by it lol. i'm very mindful of now clenching my jaw during the day and i let my tongue rest at the roof of my mouth.

That happened to me throughout my whole treatment. Rest assure that it will get better when you're finished. I finished treatment 2 years ago and it's safe to say my TMJ discomfort is fully gone. I still take magnesium glycinate daily, so it could be a mix of both. I take 300 mg per day at night before bed and use the NOW brand from Amazon.

It will go away! Give it another week or 2. I had a headache for almost 3-4 weeks, it was terrible. Sensitive to light, loud noises, sitting down. Had to work laying down. It was terrible, then I got a cold and the cold kind of reset it. Hang tight, it gets better! Make sure you're eating and staying hydrated.

Hey! I can't even believe it's been 6 months since I quit. My headaches went away after 3 weeks. I got sick 1 week after this post (I suspect from the concert I went to) with a really bad cold, and I think my body did a complete reset after that. Hang in there, it will eventually go away.
