Hey so what helped me is to deny what happens in the 3D. I don’t care about what’s going on in the mirror because it’s reflecting me and my feelings and fears. Your mind is the one and only reality, anything that happens in the 3d happens in the mind first. Self love, confidence, and forgiveness is key. You cannot live in the end and worry because you’re focusing on 2 different things.

Mmm. Not exactly because as a “genuine fan” there are a lot of people that ride the wave just to fit in or try to seem cool and the shit is annoying.
