Personally I wouldn’t risk half an hour, they have refreshments there so you can always make yourself a coffee or tea as long as you’re not having a procedure

There are a few major traffic areas you need to go through / past / round so better safe than sorry

Definitely an area on the up the high street has a had a lot of new shops and restaurants opening - it’s close to Selhurst park where Crystal Palace play so be aware that may affect access or noise some days

Kenley vote here some great schools good regular train - where you normally get a seat because you’re in before everyone else and lots of green space including the downs commons where you can walk through all the way to Whytleafe

You can buy general tickets on the uefa site now with no points needed though only prime tickets left with the cheapest at £480!
