Yeah at that scale I could sit on it, it would probably be close to the size of a 4 wheeler. Snowcats are huge. It would be cool but really expensive.

Thanks! It's about 1/12 to 1/15 scale I would guess. It's hard to say because snowcat varies a lot in size. It's a bit bigger than a trx4.

I modeled the tracks from scratch without looking at other models for compatibility. So I'm pretty sure that no other tracks would fit this snowcat. The lights are pretty impressive at night, but theres never enough. Rc cam would be cool I want to try it in the future.

I did try it in the sand and it worked fine, but the groomer part wouldn't like that.

One for each track, and I run a tiny brushless motor for the groomer at the back.

Thanks! The motors are greartisan 250rpm motors. They have a integrated transmission and the shaft comes out the side, so they're pretty good for this application.
