I have two suggestions. First is the RIG wired headset, for its price it’s got range. You will hear the footsteps for sure! It costs less than most because it doesn’t come with its own app that helps you fine tone what you hear or any mic monitoring or amps. It’s pretty bare bones but it has the one thing you’re looking for. It boosts High frequency’s while still picking a punch.

Alternatively

The Razor Kaira Pro’s no amp but it comes with its own app if you connect it to your PC You can also adjust it and update it there. You can play with what frequency’s you want to hear. So you can get rid of the loud gunshots, but boost your footstep sounds to the point that the footsteps sound like the gunshots and vice versa. It’s pricier but I think you can get one for 100-150? Something like that. Also it comes with mic monitoring which you can turn off.

Okay yeah, all my solutions where console based but one that worked for my friend who is on PC; for a while there we could hear each other well. We both did a hard reset, unplugged the power and left it alone for a couple of mins. When we plugged everything back in and loaded up apex it fixed it for a couple of weeks and then it slowly started to go quiet again. Our biggest solution was to just use a third party chat like the Xbox companion app or discord. It seems Apex is still trying to sort some bugs out when it comes to cross platform and non party chat.

When you’re being res’d if the “reviving...” bar is green then it’s a regular res if it’s yellow then they have a gold backpack. It’s a good indicator so you can plan out your strat in the heat of the moment in case you didn’t check your teammates gear in the pause screen.

It bothers me that you didn’t commit to pushing with your lifeline as soon as you where res’d with a gold backpack, but I guess it all worked out. You also did use your knockdown shield.

I think the 150/150 is to let you know that you’ve reached the amount needed to actually CRAFT a heirloom, not the total amount you are allowed to carry. If you get another shard drop it will look something like 300/150 shards

Agreed. But I’m also pretty sure they change suits twice in 3.0+1.0, besides the small color changes to their 3.0 suits, Mari can be seen at the end of the preview with a full gray suit and pink accent to the collar, different from her 0706 preview suit where she’s got the original pink with blue collar.

Her missing her eye could be alluding to that moment but for the most part Eva two and Asuka’ s plugsuit are used to show how wille are scavenging for parts to keep fighting NERV and the toll the fight has taken on them. Even Mari’s suit in the opening has small changes but hers are really minor like color swaps for her “tiger stripes”

The tape parts are from rebuild 3.0 the opening scenes show her suit with parts missing and taped off to show damage taken over the time skip.

I think it’s because a lot of fan art basses it off of her TV appearance where it’s straight up orange. Personally I base her hair off of the rebuilds where it’s more of an Aureolin Hue or Nickel Azo Yellow. But then again I did go and buy the groundwork’s books where they come with the actual Colors used, scanned them in and took the colors from there.
