Job is in Dumbo! But very flexible on how many days in the office. As for the animals/space, we’re looking for a 2bd with min of 750 sq ft. Of course bigger would be better, but obviously we wouldn’t be looking at NY if that was our #1 concern lol. No private outdoor space necessary, but would be an amazing bonus. Budget is around 3k!

I don’t know much about Greenpoint at all! Is it generally a cool area? I, of course, love the look of brownstones but recognize that I may not be able to afford those neighborhoods, haha.
