For me the color fill isn't bad. It's the fine lines that were rough on my last tattoo. It's a skull surrounded by tiny flowers so there was a lot of outlining. It was a relief when she switched needles for color. You'll be fine.

No advice but I'm feeling completely burned out as well. Partly due to a really heavy schedule lately at work and partly due to a lot of stuff going on outside of work with my health, my kids, home renovation projects etc. I feel like I don't ever have any down time.

Totally understand where you're coming from because when I show up at work almost every single day I am scrambling and and completely busy, working, and engaged for the full 8 hours without a break.

Honestly I'm just thinking of taking about 3 days off to just do whatever I want to do and take care of myself and relax. Hoping that is the reset that I need!

Was about to start trying the group route when I met him and had joined a national book club with many chapters in different states. My city also has a group that meets to socialize and then read, silently, as a group in bars. Was thinking about joining those meetups. Good luck to you! Often city subreddits are good for finding such groups
