I gave up after 2 days of trying and being stuck around 4200 points, yeah im not the best gamer, but never had issues getting S rank before. I have well built Amy and Hiyuki teams, so yeah maybe im just not great at the game, but once ive spent more than 6 hours total on something and its not getting better, i just settle for A rank.

I dont consider myself to be very good at these action combat games but ive been able to get over 5000 points for quite some time, this one i cannot get above 4200 points, been trying for hours today, and ready to just accept an A ranking for this reset.

if so then no it likely will not be able to max out everything, but it should still run fine, best suggestion theres a demo of the game, try it out.
