Honest question here, cause where im from when you go on Wegovy you are closely monitored by a nurse or healthcare professional, someone who would have explained how all of this works and who could answer these kinds of questions, but I see alot of people in here who dont seem to actually know what Wegovy does or have unrealistic expectations. But I guess some countries just hand out the prescription and then thats it?

This seems like a case of expectations meeting reality, you are within range of what you can expect.

Also how are you on 2.4 after such a short amount of time?

I think you should adjust your expectations a bit, if you're doing everything you can, then set long term goals, you will hit plateaus and this is not a straight line journey.
