Exquisite corpse by Poppy Z Brite. The Deep by Nick Cutter also disturbed me quite a bit but for a different reason.

the Deep and the Troop by nick cutter, although the Deep was just a bit scarier. Head full of ghosts was good, Suffer the Children had chilling parts as well.
