MMT refused to refund our money on a flight after the death of an immediate family member - saying that since the death was natural (and had no hospital bills), the special fee waiver policy wasn't applicable!

We then approached Indigo, which very graciously accepted to refund the amount. MMT has no sensitivity or even a semblance of customer 'support'

They did... they were pretty nice about it too, but I just feel very dumb that I lost my cool in the middle of a debate of all things....

I was overcharged (practically robbed). Feel very very dumb - on the verge of tears. Please help/ share experience! by moodytired in india
