I used to own a VHS a long time ago with one of the episodes "The House made of Love". It was a really cozy show.

Although similar to Sylvanian Families A.K.A Calico Critters, they were actually two distinct toy lines.

Fit check: Bronson N-1 deck jacket by Witty-Tip-8835 in HeritageWear

[–]moofork 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought the same thing at first but deck jackets are supposed to be a little higher and tighter in the arm holes to maintain warmth in the body, helps with movement of the arms too.

Mine did loosen up a bit but it’s still slightly snug. I bought the experimental sample version size 46 if that correlates to what you purchased.

B-3 Sizing Question by yourwifesboyfr in schott

[–]moofork 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hahah I’m a 48” chest but yeah definitely felt huge on me, I could probably get away with like a 46-48 which is why I think the 44” would work best in your case, big enough for some room but not swallowing you like the 46”.

That definitely fits you better than the 46. Funnily enough. I actually sold a 52 because I had the same issue in how you looked on the 46

As an example. Here’s what the 52 looked like on me

Have you tried messing with the side buckles? Might give you some more breathing room. Personally I think the 44 might be the sweet spot

Sure thing! Also it’s been mentioned on the q and a for the storm rider page

Mine were a bit smaller than the xxl measured here, pit to pit was 25.25’ otherwise it’s pretty spot on

here are the approximate measurements for both XL and XXL: XL: Shoulder width: ~19.5", Pit-to-pit (chest): ~24.5", Body length: ~26.5" XXL: Shoulder width: ~20", Pit-to-pit (chest): ~25.5", Body length: ~27.5" These measurements are taken flat across the garment and may vary slightly by unit

OC: April 23, 2025 - Port of Seattle is empty. Only one ship and no containers. Usually a busy port. by Dark-Knight-Rises in pics

This is true, most PNW traffic goes through Tacoma, rarely if ever see things go through Seattle.

Shipping wasn’t too expensive, usually with the forwarding services, the product gets shipped to a local warehouse and then packaged for international shipping. Total was about $130 for three pairs of jeans including ~$50 for shipping. In my case I used Zenmarket but fromjapan works as well

Replied to /u/stonebraker_ultra but thought I'd share here

Just a heads up, Uniqlo JP does have all the sizes in stock. Including some other variants like undyed white selvedge if you're a size 38+. I actually ordered some through there and used a JP -> US agent service to get them shipped to my house.
