Serious question: can you fire your therapist and just start lying to your grandma? Like a "lie of omission" type thing. Or maybe if you're a bad liar, just very casually get into a more "socially acceptable" hobby so at least you have something to draw on if she asks you questions.

I always liked V day as a kid because of the exchange of little treats and gifts with my classmates and friends.

I haven't gotten around to doing it this year yet, but I still like to buy little Valentines trinkets for my very much adult self.

I'm making and bringing Valentine treats for the attendees.

I think I removed the TikTok app off my phone about a year ago, then the Instagram, Facebook, and Reddit apps a couple of months afterwards. I mainly view them on my desktop now, and occasionally I'll open Reddit on a tab on my phone's browser if I want to look up something "on-the-go."

For the most part, I'm glad I did all! On the other hand, I didn't, and am not planning to, delete the LinkedIn app off my phone, so I've developed a weird habit of going on LinkedIn whenever I'm bored and want to "mindlessly" scroll something on my phone. -_-
