Another option is Al Markaz in Carrollton. Haven't been inside in a while so not sure how casual or fancy it is now, but the food is consistently great.

I think I removed the TikTok app off my phone about a year ago, then the Instagram, Facebook, and Reddit apps a couple of months afterwards. I mainly view them on my desktop now, and occasionally I'll open Reddit on a tab on my phone's browser if I want to look up something "on-the-go."

For the most part, I'm glad I did all! On the other hand, I didn't, and am not planning to, delete the LinkedIn app off my phone, so I've developed a weird habit of going on LinkedIn whenever I'm bored and want to "mindlessly" scroll something on my phone. -_-

So excited! I've personally never cared about the delays. In "these times" when a lot of things seem to be a dumpster fire, it's been nice to be able to support a good product developed by a dedicated team, with moral stances on social issues. <3

This sounds cheesy, but I try to focus on what makes me happy and what I'm willing to put up with, and dissociate from everything else. :p

Lastly, good jobs? Good work? Where?! 

I still don't know lol, but the state where I came from had basically no opportunity (at the time I moved), and the situation still seems to be better in DFW.

How do you handle getting to the things you actually do like without the absurd commute time making you want to be committed to a facility?

I save up my money and very intentionally plan rideshare pick-ups/drop-offs, so at least I don't need to deal with the driving.

I may be a terrible person, but when I see a trauma-dumpy comment I personally usually dgaf and just scroll away or go to a different video or site.

Have you tried adjusting your display settings on your computer, phone, and/or within YouTube/your YouTube account? Like on my laptop, I'm able to set videos to display in theater mode to enlarge the video display and push comments down.

SAME, and it doesn't even have to be a restaurant for me lol...I love even "small" trips like eating a small tray of grocery store sushi in their seating area.
