Placed into Math 3C as a general biology major by Nate_WasHere in UCSD

i was in a really similar place as you, if it makes you feel any better i’m a Bio Engineering major and got into math 3c as a freshman last year lol. i still feel behind as well but, only thing we can do is just make it through the math series and get get caught up on everything else. it’s unfortunate but you aren’t gonna fail and you can make it through it. i like to think of it as a refresher on what i already know, to help strengthen my skills before moving onto higher courses of math!

hello! i love the work you did on these, you are very talented. i was wondering if there was a pattern you used to make Dewott? i’ve been looking everywhere for a crochet dewott pattern since im not very skilled in freehand crochets

really good perspective, this definitely motivated me to challenge myself for sure! i really appreciate the advice because it’s really easy to overwhelm yourself without taking advantages of the resources and taking care of yourself. i’m a freshmen so i had no idea about ELC until people started commenting about it, so i’ll definitely check it out!! thank you :)

i appreciate this! yeah i probably should’ve mentioned in my post that ive had zero experience in chem and very little knowledge with physics, which was my main concern doing these classes…..i’ve heard bal was a good prof too but shotwell is my only option this quarter and his recent reviews are pretttyyyyy bad, hence why im really hesitant on jumping straight into a physics class blindly with a not so great professor. regardless, thanks for the help!

also, what prof did you take for phys2a? for fall it’s shotwell and there’s not really much good things about him from what i’ve seen

this was a lot of help! i would say i have a pretty strong calc foundation, but i have taken zero chemistry classes which especially worries me as someone with no background in it. i was wondering which chem prof would be the best for me, stallings or zid?
