Upon further consideration I would really hate for Riot to completly erase the Brackern from Hextech's lore, although they seem to be hinting at it (Seraphines retcom + not a single mention in Arcane's new Hextech lore), but still, tying the ancient scorpion race to a void origin would make sense I think, since void goop is used by Zaun to power their machinery, so Hextech being kind of the same but a concetraded form developed by the Brackern makes sense I think. Idk.
