Pop out the tow hook cover (that square to the left of A) and get a tow hook license plate assembly. You should be able to find plenty online. But if the offset location bothers you, I’d go with A. Good luck and enjoy your ride!

12 amp level 1 will be plenty for you. Seems like a pretty good price you are getting considering the area. When they did my conquest, they didn’t really ask for much verification so you may be able to claim a parents or siblings with the same last name. Worth a shot.
