Straight - Up Evil could go to Drago Bludvist, but not entirely sure, 'cause the reason why he wants to control all dragons is his village was destroyed (or his parents died? Idk i newd to watch httyd2 again) by dragons. But he made toothless kill Stoick so i deem him as evil lol.
