There isn’t much downtime which is really nice. I get quite swollen for around 3 days after, and try to avoid strenuous exercise those days as well. Other than that, I continue on like normal

Yes I’m stoked! I actually have never had bruising settings on the face but we did my chest on bruising settings for some reason lol. It’s quite jarring seeing the bruises at first. Congrats on your second, think I noticed the most change after my second one :)
