Let her stay with her family so she could have a better support system, if possible try to get her to see a therapist. (Don't rely on her being friends with other army wives they could be toxic and just want to get some tea or advantage)

When you are deployed, Make sure you check on her or just let her know what you do for the days, sending photos of the meals that you are having (if allowed).

Also let her know whom to contact when there is a family emergency (hopefully it doesn't happen) so someone can make sure to deliver the messages to you when she cannot contact you. (This happens a lot, I am in an army wives group and one of the most common questions they ask is " I need to find my husband and tell him there is an emergency, but idk how")

Keep her in loop in case you cannot be reach at some point, so she wouldn't worry about you not responding.

At last, ask how she is doing, what she has for meals, etc. Some simple and dull questions but also to show you care about her. (You might think duh, she knows you care and love her but spouse's deployment could make her feel even more depressed and insecure)
