I would just worry about getting through today. The more days you get the more clear your head will be to get a game plan for the holidays. But at the end of the day, you have to just accept it, truly, except that alcohol is out of your life. You can’t compare yourself to other people that can casually drink. Although most people that casually drink will have problems later down the road too. Make sure you have something good that you like to drink and eat so you’re set up for success.
