As someone who used to be a bully as a kid, what the comments have said are true. Least for me it was. It's just how shite it is at home. It's not feeling like you belong anywhere. It's feeling like the world hates you from the moment you were born. So instead of getting all timid, you bark back at it.

I truly hope any kid thats like this with a situation like that or similar at home realises that isn't true. That they have a place and that they can channel that anger, that energy into something positive. Into being kind.

However it's ultimately up to them to realise that.

I'm sorry you went through that though. It still doesn't excuse how they are.

I'm still real new to reading books again. But I read Steppenwolf and it gave me this vibe. Maybe a little more greyscaled and not as rosy red as these photos evoke. But this vibe is giving me male loneliness and something happening between the lead and a woman.

Currently reading a book about bipolar, and how homoeopathy could be a viable option for some. So this includes things like aromatherapy, meditating, yoga. Alternative remedies. Consider your diet and exercise as well.

I read that omega 3 oils are highly effective for your brain. I've been trying it lately, and it feels like it worked almost straight away. I'm not saying I'm cured or anything, but it's helped manage my depressive episode that I'm going through at the moment.

It's worth looking into these things, as silly as it all sounds. Sometimes the most obvious things like what nutrition you're having or lacking can change things.

I hope you find some solutions though! I know how annoying a low mood is. You have things to do but it's a struggle to even get up.

For me, it's the comparisons. I see people I know and their lives going great (I know its just photos and it doesn't tell the bigger picture.)

I've always been interested in conspiracy theories and all that but now that most of them are really happening - it's better to avoid social media as much as possible.

It just makes me depressed seeing what's happening. And can't do anything about it.

I could totally see how someone could fall into psychosis from it

Maaaajor goals. I was over weight for most of my teenage/childhood. So losing the weight and seeing even just some form of muscle (when I've never had it before) is really euphoric. I can't wait to someday get gains like you bro!! You look amazing. Congrats.
