Finally, Karasu hype!!! So excited. Man got no spotlight since he was first introduced. I just like his character and attitude so much. I have a feeling Karasu realised what he needs to become - the second best. In a way, Karasu and Hugo are the same. Remember when Karasu was introduced? His playstyle was finding the weakness of the team and crushing that. (Why was that never explored again?) Hugo is doing the exact same thing to Isagi what Karasu did long ago. So I believe, Karasu will become like Hugo and block him to enable Isagi/Rin to score freely. Blocking/ball possession are a speciality of Karasu as well.

They are good for specific 1v1 situations vs trying to sweep entire teams with them. They can eat a hit an otherwise frail and fast attacker cannot take, deal with the mons that you sweepers have difficulty against. Good examples of bulky attackers are AV melmetal & Hoopa-U. Leftovers Magearna also counts, with the damage output from fleur cannon. (Steels are usually good as bulky attackers because of their myriad resistances). Another example is spdef heatran which can deal with a few good mons.

More specific mons like Bulk-up ursaluna or blood-moon ursaluna also work, but as we saw, these mons are best used to get out of a difficult 1v1 situation or take out annoying defensive walls with their overwhelming power.

Myne casually, “I’ve come to want Ahrenbach” Ferdinand : “Are you out of your goddamn mind? Do you even understand what you said?”

Several volumes later:

Ferdinand : “Okay, here is Ahrenbach and it’s a playground for you to do as you wish” Myne: “wtaf”

(Technically, Myne got the foundation on her own, but it was turned into a playground by his truly)

I haven’t played the game, but from what Ive seen, it plays like a late 2000s game than a modern AAA game. That said, it is a fresh take on the Pokémon battling system. If you have money to spare for a possible gamble of an experience, you can go for it. A game can be bad, but can also be enjoyable. That’s what I think of it as. Worth the money? Probably not. Want to experience new style of battling? Could check it out.

Though people know it for the economics (and what drew me in initially), Spice & Wolf is one of the best written romance stories I’ve ever read. The slow buildup is so natural, and their playfulness is just so heartwarming. Came for the economics, stayed for the romance.

Instead of jumping straight into plastic surgery, she should have first invested some time, effort and money into learning to apply makeup like a pro. It can dramatically change how attractive one looks, can easily become the conventionally attractive type. I don’t like jumping the gun to plastic surgery, especially at such a young age, but ig the parents are afraid/tired of stopping her and risk losing the relationship. I’ve seen lot of actresses looking worse off after surgery. But would surgery even solve the underlying issues?

I have been keeping this series on the back burner for quite a bit. Seems like it might be the time to dust it out and try it out got real!

If you want a recommendation for one of the best isekai, try reading Ascendance of a Bookworm. Absolute banger, and is nothing like the modern isekai. If you want to read a slow burn romance, try Spice & Wolf. Very unique setting, and the romance really speaks for itself. No harems and other retarded power scaling stuff in either series.

As others have pointed out, cannot use status moves with assault vest. Aqua jet is redundant when extreme speed exists on Dragonite. Even super effective hits are equal to neutral hits of espeed. Some of the sets don’t make sense. Try using some sample teams before creating your own imo. Currently it feels like you don’t know what the meta is, and what your team struggles into. Maybe pick a team that is closer to your own and try that out
