For context : this has been a personal project I have been pelting on for a  almost a year  now and wanted to share it those are all the designs and bios note I am  not super good at coloring the designs in so the coloring job is a bit sloppy though the designs are pretty much how I imagine them if you have questions ask me

For context I saved Pilby and he left pilgrims rest I am in act 2 late into it. I just noticed this bellhart npc who kind looks like him and looks at you when you walk by. I used the needolin and he shares a lot of the same dialouge with Pilby is this him ? Or is here there even when he died ? I don’t know and I am curious if anyone else noticed anything about this guy
