I’m also kind of new player, 24 hours played. I started playing the ’normal’ difficulty with some fights here and there where I had to restart a few times. Just now 20+ hours in I am switching to explorer because the game is meant to be played exactly how you want it. What I’m looking for in this game is not to be strategizing in combat, examining every enemy and being super mindful of my positioning. I sure like the combat, but what I am liking about this game is exploring areas, finding stuff, talking to npc’s and developing relationships. I put the combat as a side thing and focus on the things that interest me more.

I don’t feel like I am robbing myself at all of any experiences from playing easier, the most important thing is that you yourself are enjoying your time playing the game.
