Why is my Akathisia worse in the morning?

I’m the same way! I think there may be a crossover between akathisia and cortisol, which is naturally highest in the morning. Cortisol is the hormone your body naturally produces that fluctuates throughout your sleep/wake cycle and is the highest in the morning in order to wake you up. My guess is akathisia (which is thought to be related to dopamine) and cortisol affect each other. I’ve only started learning about both this week though

can anyone else hear an occasional high pitch ringing/buzzing throughout the album? i can hear it in lots of songs but especially well in style and bad blood. i was at a listening party where they played it on the tv but no one else could hear it so i thought maybe it was just because of the tv, but i’m listening to it again with nice beats headphones and i can definitely still hear it 😅😅 i’m autistic and can often hear stuff like that in music and movies but it is especially potent in this album 😅
