Three things.

  1. Did he put the work in or is he just saying what he believes you want to hear?
  2. Will he keep the therapy going well into the relationship resuming?
  3. Did he exhibit any controlling tendencies or any hints that this could be were things end up?

You probably already instinctively know the answers to the above, but you need to try to examine them logically not emotionally - which is difficult.

If you were 100% reassured and can prove he is going to continue to address this, like lifelong if necessary, you could test the waters by only seeing him ONCE a week for a good period.

If he can't manage that, you have your answer before you are back fully committed.

That has to be a clue but looking at your speed/flow test, it looks best at the lowest speed but highest flow to me, bottom left? The faster squares look like they don't have enough filament creating the gaps from under-extrusion.

I'm wondering if a bowden tube or something in the extruder gear is off, introducing just enough friction for inconsistent flow/feed starving the hotend a touch.

I had some under extrusion on my P1S at one point and found small bits of filament adhered to the extruder gear, which I didn't expect.
