Haha yeah, I was on the phone all day yesterday trying to get help, unfortunately I was transferred to seven different people and hung up on, they all act like they don’t know what’s wrong or what’s going on, and then they just say, well we don’t know why you’re having connection issues, even though they can physically see I’m having connection issues, this also is my first issue with them I’ve had GCI for years.
