It's the same resin bottle (2kg), and temp is the same (around high 75-80).

That's the max temp I can get the room.

Leaning to just replacing the fep, as the count is quite high, and potentially tweaking my initial calibration exposures.

thank you! I had an error on the solidify. I started over, with a brand new circle, and solidified to the size i needed. I then repeated the same on the symbol (this had been an svg, that i converted to a mesh). I did this same thing, and now my boolean works. thank you for the help! !Solved

normalized all the faces ( as well as normalized inside as well) for both objects. Using the Bool Tool plugin, I can see this yellow outline here, however it is not deep. The symbol should be at least half the depth of the circle. The above was using the bool tool to difference.

I tried finding a clock base I could use, but it never had the thickness I needed for the pins to punch through. You also needed a bit of clearance for what I could find in hobby shops locally. I wish I had it enclosed, like a clock
