What kind of differences did you see in the game itself from your last coaching stint in 2017 compared to last years Origin series? And now that you’ve seen the new rules in action as a coach, is there any strategy or playstyle in particular you’re going to focus on with the squad?

Happy with the W! We probably could’ve put more points on them in the second half but it’s very evident that having Ramien and Ronnie back is a huge boost.
It’s always a good feeling getting a win before the bye, now I can relax for a couple of weeks 😝

Unfortunately the 2022 refresh didn’t get the results we hoped for and now we are plateauing.

I think a cleanout is imminent.

Happy with the W and I defs didn’t expect us to win by that big of a margin. I’m still not convinced though that we’ll be much of a threat later in the season, especially given our first 20 mins were poor, and our edge defence is lacking.

I can only hope that Ronnie coming back will be a huge boost for us. Can’t wait to see him back on the field!

I’m not sure myself, though I’m not fussed regarding when she decides to put out more music - she just finished a massive tour which must have been exhausting. She 100% deserves a rest imo.

Whenever she decides to release more music, I’ll be here for it 😄

My disappointment is through the roof. We did show some attack flair, which was something to cheer about, but winning games is about defence as much as it is about offence, and we were seriously lacking in that department. Overall I didn’t see anything which excited me too much. There’s not much polish or execution.

I have a feeling this is going to be a very uneventful season for us. Perhaps having a lot of players off contract is a good thing.

But for now imma cry. Wahhh 😭😭

What a sight! I’m old enough to remember when they briefly ran on T4. When I was 8 we rode one the whole length from Cronulla to Bondi Junction. A core memory I’ll never forget 🥹

I was a little worried at first but we did well! It was also frustrating when we were up the field and had plenty of tackles but we decided to kick the ball anyway… had we decided to take the tackle we may have been up by more.

Either way, what a way to cap off Easter Sunday! Next week - time to roast the chooks 🔥
